All international sales are final. All card sales are final.
We currently do not accept any exchanges, so please be sure to check the correct sizing and measurements before placing your order.
All of the orders will be packaged carefully on our end. However we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the shipping process. If this concerns you, you can choose the option of purchasing a tracking number and additional insurance during the checkout process (all international orders will come with tracking numbers).
We inspect all items carefully before sending it out. However if you’ve received a defective product or we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item(s), please process your return through here. Once you've done so, please take a picture of the defect and/or error and send it via e-mail along with your Order #, Invoice #, and full name. Also please use the same e-mail that you've (1) signed up for an account with and/or (2) used for your PayPal account. To be eligible for a return all items must be kept in its original packaging (tags included).
If your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA number and we’ll contact you with further steps regarding the return. If you live outside of Vancouver you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us.
